About the test
IR MAP TEST is a test of your preferred representational system. We typically receive and process information in four distinct ways, known as Visual (V), Auditory (A), Kinesthetic (K), and Internal Dialogue (Id). These are the four basic “channels” through which we receive information via our senses and the typical language patterns we use to communicate with the outside world. Understanding them better helps us communicate with ourselves and others much more effectively.
