Highway Oasis No. 1 — Stillness: 180 Minutes When Women CEOs Can Simply Be Themselves
Every day, you make the decisions, keep the organisation moving and become the person everyone turns to when something happens. But do you ever get to be someone who does not have to solve anything? On the afternoon of [weekday, day/month/2026], [number] women CEOs and leaders found that quiet space at ME&WE.mindS’s Highway Oasis No. 1 — Stillness.

When was the last time you rested without having to be ‘the CEO’?
At work, you are the boss. At home, you are a mother, a wife, a daughter. Even when meeting friends, the conversation circles back to work: ‘How is the company doing?’
Even a holiday is rarely a real break. Your phone stays in your pocket, you still open email ‘just for a moment’, and a list of unfinished tasks keeps running through your mind.
For many women CEOs, leadership pressure is not about the volume of work. It is about never being able to put the role down. You must always be strong and have the answers, with almost nowhere to say, ‘I’m tired.’

Highway Oasis No. 1: No Titles, No Responsibilities—Just Yourself
Highway Oasis is a series of four stops organised by ME&WE.mindS. Each lasts 180 minutes and has its own energy. Stop 1 — Stillness was designed for women carrying the heaviest loads, with three principles:
No titles. No one asks where you work, what position you hold or how many people your company employs.
No responsibilities. For these 180 minutes, you need not make decisions, lead anyone or look after anyone.
No one you have to be. You need not be talented, strong or a role model. You only need to be yourself.
Each session brings together around 15 people in a private space at Alley 29, Lang Ha, Hanoi. Small enough to feel safe, warm enough not to feel alone.

What Happened During the 180 Minutes at Stop 1?
Stage 1 — Arrival: Leave Your Title at the Door
On arriving, the women were asked to put away their phones—the inseparable companions they probably only dared leave behind when sleeping. Even so, they were ready to set them aside and put down the outside world’s demands to help themselves. Some put their phones away but kept worrying. Their minds never quite left work and its complications: ‘I wonder if anyone is calling me?’ ‘What might go wrong while I disappear?’ Thousands of questions arose at once.

Stage 2 — Unloading: Put Down What You Have Never Told Anyone
There were no employees or partners in the room, no one who needed them to be strong. Only women who understood what it meant to shoulder responsibility and face the storm first.

With Dr Vũ Hương Giang, a psychological counsellor, the women took part in relaxation hypnosis, guided towards their own inner refuge—a place where they could simply be themselves, reclining in a comfortable chair and letting go of everything weighing on their hearts.
Stage 3 — Refuelling: Receive Care Instead of Caring for Others
For many, this was the first time in a long while that they were receiving rather than giving. Me&We’s specialists answered lingering questions and listened to stories they had been unable to tell anyone. Why had they never felt relieved? Because they had never truly been heard. Others labelled them ‘Superwoman’, but they were women too, working incredibly hard to succeed, who also needed someone to listen and share. At Highway Oasis, someone was there to do that.

Stage 4 — Departure: Take Something Home for Yourself
In the final stage, Vũ Hương Giang guided them back to their inner refuge and anchored the experience with a small stone. Whenever tired, they could hold it, close their eyes and remember feeling soothed in a place entirely their own.

Three hours cannot resolve every pressure of leadership, and ME&WE.mindS does not promise that. But as one participant said: [actual closing quote from a guest].
Three Ways Busy Women Leaders Can Rest Well
You may not be able to visit Highway Oasis every week. Here are three small pauses you can create:
A time when no one can reach you. Set aside 30 minutes each week, schedule it like an important meeting and honour it as you would a promise to a client.
A relationship unrelated to work. A friend who calls you by your familiar name and never asks, ‘How is the company doing?’
Something you are allowed to do badly. Painting, arranging flowers or cooking a new dish—something without a required outcome, where no one grades you.
Is Highway Oasis a psychotherapy session? No. It is a guided space for rest and connection, not a substitute for specialist psychological counselling or therapy.
Can companies book a private Highway Oasis for their teams? Yes. Contact ME&WE.mindS to discuss your needs.
