1. Scope and contact
These terms cover access to the ME&WE website, member accounts, content, IR MAP, courses, workshops and coaching services offered through the website. “ME&WE” means the service operator and “you” means the user. Contact support@meandwe.vn or +84 966 688 446 for service enquiries, these terms, complaints or provider information before making a purchase.
2. Using the service and your account
Read the applicable conditions before registering or using a service. Provide accurate information, use an account you control and safeguard your password, email account and recovery links. Do not share accounts or impersonate others. Notify ME&WE promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. If you lack the age or legal capacity to enter a transaction independently, a lawful representative must be involved as required by law.
3. Content, IR MAP and the scope of coaching
Content and IR MAP support learning, self-awareness and personal development. IR MAP results are not a medical diagnosis or a sole basis for important decisions. Coaching does not replace examination, diagnosis, treatment or emergency support from appropriately qualified professionals. Goals, session numbers and deliverables are agreed for each programme; individual outcomes are not guaranteed unless a specific commitment is separately confirmed in writing.
4. Course and workshop registration
An account is required to register. Check the content, price, online/offline format, schedule, venue and capacity. Places are reserved subject to the published capacity. Registrations awaiting payment may expire after 24 hours. Submitting payment evidence and confirming it pauses the expiry countdown during review; if the evidence is not accepted, the remaining countdown resumes. Check the confirmed system status for your registration.
5. Payments, changes and refunds
Uploading evidence does not mean ME&WE has received the funds; payment is complete only after verification and confirmation. Never submit banking passwords, OTPs or full card details. Service-specific cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions must be provided and agreed before payment; these general terms do not impose a “no refunds” rule. If ME&WE changes or cancels an activity, ME&WE will contact you to address your rights under the agreement and applicable law. Contact support about mistaken or duplicate payments or disputes.
6. Consultations and individual coaching packages
For each consultation booking, a member selects one slot with one coach. A pending slot may be withheld from other users; a request becomes a confirmed appointment only after confirmation through the system workflow. Sessions in a coaching package are agreed between both parties; rescheduling requests require confirmation by the other party. Check notifications and the displayed time zone. The company Google Calendar shows only the coach’s name and session time, without client names or coaching content.
7. Conduct, user content and recordings
Do not post unlawful, harassing, abusive or infringing content, invade privacy, spread malware or spam, attempt password attacks or exploit the system without authorisation. Upload only content you are entitled to use. You retain rights in your content and permit ME&WE to process it only as needed to provide the service you request. Do not record, distribute materials or share another person’s story without the necessary consent and lawful basis.
8. Intellectual property
Brands, designs, articles and materials belong to ME&WE or their respective rights holders. Unless otherwise permitted, you may read and use materials for personal learning; unauthorised bulk copying, resale, republication or commercial exploitation is prohibited. Third-party rights and exceptions permitted by law remain applicable.
9. Privacy and notifications
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Registration, payment and appointment notifications support service delivery. The website may also announce new content, courses or workshops; contact support to stop promotional notifications. Reading these terms does not replace separate consent where required for sensitive data or optional purposes.
10. Availability and misuse
The website may be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults or third-party providers. Contact support if an incident affects a transaction or session. ME&WE may restrict functions or suspend an account where necessary to prevent misuse or protect the system; users may request a review. These terms do not exclude mandatory legal liability, complaint or compensation rights, or statutory consumer protections.
11. Complaints, applicable law and updates
Send complaints to support@meandwe.vn with the necessary details, avoiding unrelated private information. ME&WE receives and handles complaints under applicable law. The parties should first seek resolution through discussion; you retain the right to contact competent authorities. Vietnamese law applies without removing other mandatory rights where applicable. The Vietnamese and English versions correspond; if they differ, Vietnamese guides interpretation to the extent permitted by law. Material changes will be notified and dated and will not unlawfully alter existing agreements.
